I was there several times, without ever being disappointed, friendly setting, fast service, good value for money.
The restaurant offers lovely outdoor seating on a car-free street, serving delicious pub and café food with a focus on local dishes. The interior is comfortable and has a local feel, standing out in the district. The atmosphere is lively with locals socializing, so be prepared to practice your French. The waiter was multilingual. I enjoyed the meatballs in a beer and pear reduction sauce. The meatballs were juicy and tender, and the sauce had a delicious balance of sweetness and savoriness. The meal was accompanied by solid fries and a salad. The beer selection is typical for a Belgian café, offering good options to pair with your meal. Although it's not solely a beer destination, the restaurant has a great selection of libations to complement the food.
This charming restaurant in the heart of Namur is very inviting. Instead of a menu, all the options are written on the wall. The selection may not be extensive, but it includes a variety of Belgian specialties like Boulets Liegeois and Americain.
The overall experience was fantastic. The pizza was a bit pricey, but I would definitely return to this restaurant.
