2023: I love trying new flavors and the new one Merry Mischief is great as a green tea cut half with rebel concentrate with whip and green apple drizzle. The workers are sweet as can be. 2019: Loved the gummybear freeze with a rebel. Dec. 3, 2020: went to order a specific drink at this location that a different Dutch Bros location had made a couple days ago. The drink was completely done wrong or didn't taste right and tasted like water. It was supposed to be a cinnamon spice Christmas morning tea blended with almomd milk and the works. It was ordered as a large but received as a medium and told it was charged as a medium. I hate complaining but someone needs to know. I'm a regular at the Ustick Cleveland Blvd.

The girl that worked closing shift on Friday 4/5/24 was rude. I asked for extra caramel no kidding she gave me like 2 inches worth of caramel on the bottom of my cup. She seemed like she had an issue, not my problem she’s overweight with bad acne a stache. View all feedback.
I love this place ngl. But this is the 3rd time the window girl has given me attitude over soft top. I went in today around 2pm and it happened again. I normally wouldn't care, you forgot, mistakes happen, etc. I paid for it, kindly tell you you forgot it, and then decide to give me attitude. Even after offering to pay for it AGAIN at the window. This time she claimed she couldn't take the cup back in, understandable. (Even though this is what she did last time when she rolled her eyes, and exclaimed loudly to the other workers that we messed up. How? Idk) Offered to pay extra to just put it on a cup and I'll dump in my freeze myself, she wouldn't do that either. I don't care, this happens all the time and I just go on about my day. But 3 times with this same girl giving me attitude is getting real old. I'm tired and just want the only thing that brings me peace in life. And that's my soft top man. Nah but this place otherwise is awesome and they work really fast and are usually really nice. Except for soft-top hater girl.
I was trying to get a habana energy drink on a Sunday morning but somehow the payment machine doesn?t work or maybe it?s my credit card problem. The girl just covered the drink for me. I have to give full five stars. The best place!
I had an issue with my drink because the flavoring was not up to usual. Went through they remade my drink twice and were really caring, helping me fix my problem. I felt terrible pulling a ?Karen? but I did pay for drinks that I was wanting, and was expecting them. Even though there was trouble they fixed my issue.
It's dutch bros.... we all know how it is. Tastes pretty good. On a bad day the workers might chear you up or they might just get under your skin with how extra they all seem to be. Either way, you always go back.
