"Excellent spot for quality Mediterranean groceries, snacks, teas, and homemade deli items, salads, desserts etc! "The Mac played last Sunday. What a treat! The other musicians also rocked! And the food was okay. Web reviews said Chinese food, but there is a new menu, no Chinese unless you consider pot stickers and spring rolls Chinese. That said, Go to the music! Dance like nobody watched!"

"Chill Italian place is a groovy neighborhood. Absolutely loved the arancini! Definitely try that and the sausage and pepper pizza. So good ^ ^ the shushito can get a little spicy. Staff were friendly and the service was quick."

"A vegan friend recommended this place and we invited friends to it when we went for the first time. So we were really hoping it won’t disappoint and it didn’t! The food was well presented, delicious and good varieties. The place is cozy and I bet it would even be nice in summer on the patio. Indoors was so nice and comfortable. Desserts are good too, chose chocolate cake and cookies. Both were great choices! Staff were very peasant and nice. We would definitely go back for more!"

"The best cheese shop in Nanaimo, by far. There are a variety of foods to buy. Eric, the owner, is a fantastic guy. Unfortunately, the kitchen is no longer open because of Kovid and snacks are not available. I miss the bacon Butties...! The fried beef sandwiches with horseradish should die for this. I'm looking forward to the day I can eat there again. Very recommended."
