One cannot even perform a reservation as a foreigner because nobody speaks English or any foreign language for the matter. And there is also no desire to try to help the customer out. If this is a restaurant dedicated solely for french speakers, I do believe this should be communicated accordingly. This is my own specific experience, I will also add this. View all feedback.
