The chef is a very friendly guy who made us feel very welcome where are you from? . "Great experience. For a meal for two people, we chose the menu at 26€. Only good surprises. We were able to eat the onion soup and the quenelles of Saint Jacques. Each dish is tasty, original and beautifully presented. Similarly for the dish or we chose the daurade net and the Iberian pluma. Once again excellent and a very nice presentation. We have all legdeux taken dessert around tangerine, associated with white chocolate and wasabi. Once again the originality, tastes and presentation to the top. I highly recommend quality cuisine with unbeatable quality ratio."

"Rémi was our catererer at my wedding on 11 August 2018. It is very dynamic, smiling and applied in its work. At the first meeting, we heard very quickly. This led us to have a special menu mixing European and Asian dishes. For the tasting, we had only good surprises. First with the wines (white and red) offered by the Paganis, they are very sweet. We chose them for our wedding. Then the entrance was a "laqué" Cabillaud with its Vietnamese vegetable soup, perfect to awaken your taste buds. A real pleasure. Then the classic sponsor with his mirabelle. The dish was a Tataki-style beef with reduced Nuoc-mâm juice, a crushed potato and its Mille-feuille of solar vegetables. Meat melts in the mouth. It was delicious. A little too salty for tasting, it was corrected during the wedding. Gourmet guests asked for rage. For dessert, we didn't want assembled parts. The pastry came with such an exquisite dessert that we took for our event. It was a summer field served on the plate. Nothing could describe the explosion of the flavors of this dish, it must be tasted. A perfect final touch for this meal. The guests were conquered. And it wasn't a thin case because they're demanding. In short, a marriage succeeds thanks to this divine meal. Thanks to Rémi, the patisserie and his team."

"Perfect!!! A great culinary experience for this discreet establishment in the city centre of Nancy. We had dinner for the first time and what a nice surprise. The card that changes regularly only has 3 or 4 entries and dishes leaving the cards with 20 or 30 different dishes, it is a plus because everything is cooked fresh and home. The products come from the market and are seasonal. The room is small, it is intimate and perfect for a quiet dinner. The kitchen is open to the room with this possibility to see the master at work. The reception is perfect with a presentation of different dishes. We feel good. The dishes are very good and the plates are well presented. We have almost gastro but very accessible. We will come back and I recommend it for who wants to spend a pleasant time with quality cuisine with fresh products"
