I was a regular customer at Heisenburger, but for a while I notice a decrease in product quality. Non-cooked or drowned fries in oil (in fact the amount has decreased well), cheese in burgers/wraps of low quality with an unpleasant taste of plastic, desserts too sweet in short a true jump in the general quality of fast food.
