La Brasserie - Nantes

What SZGR likes about La Brasserie:
We arrive late to the hotel didn't get into the restaurant till 30mins before closing. We were shown to a table by Guilem and he was very polite helpful throughout with our mix of English French !! The monkfish black risotto is very nice the classic club sandwich packed with filling!! We would eat here again whether staying in hotel or not. View all feedback.

What William Boyer doesn't like about La Brasserie:
On juge un etablissement à sa prestation de base. Cette brasserie offre ainsi à côté d'un menu classique un buffet le midi. Ou plutôt la caricature de buffet.Peu copieux, avec des bacs remplacés trop lentement ce buffet est surtout une ode aux blocs de surimis et aux terrines industrielles de poissons.Pas de fromage, pas de fruits mais du saucisson et du saucisson..Mais comme la salle est pleine pourquoi changer ?Le...
