Adresse à retenir sur Nantua ou en ce 16 août beaucoup de restaurants sont fermés ( étrange d'ailleurs de fermer en cette période estivale pour des commerçants...

bonne table pour un repas en famille ou entre amis, acceuil tres bon , tarifs plus qu acceptable , fraicheur et saveur au rendez vous.

"Unbelievable and delicious meal here. The staff was impeccable and the drinks, the staff and the tasting menu had to die. The restaurant concentrates on the Nordic roots and creates the combination of the aromas of the Nordic country with modern European gastronomy. If the tasting menu is available when you go, I really can recommend nothing other than that. This amazing chef will have absolutely stars next to his name soon, and frankly, I am surprised after I ate it last night that the institution does not already have one."

"We went there by the end of the day, so the light was amazing. The view of the water jet, which was coloured that night (lucky us! is awesome. The drinks we order were well made. The staff was super nice. It's worth the visit."
