richard was fantastic as our server. eating was great! the crêpe is a wonderful and unique experience. the orange huh was a lovely surprise. the basilikum fried rice was absolutely spectacular. my only complaint would be the leiche at $40. that is also high from napa valley standards. I've never seen more than $30, and I've been gedminating here for 15 years. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Morimoto Asia Napa:
do not expect the same quality from other morimoto -branded restaurants . yes, its brand is impossible to miss M-Asia, but eating is lacking the brand of an iron cook, it is badly executed, and lacking. it seems that sesame oil is the main ingredient and some dishes are crushed in it. very disappointing and not worth the price. The staff were all wonderful, welcoming, and helpful with all our questions. They provided delicious suggestions although I’m sure everything would have tasted great. All of the dishes were outstanding and delicious. We had the spicy chicken wontons, the duck tacos, chili chili chicken, and the angry lobster pad Thai. The spicy chicken wontons had little spice but still good. The duck tacos were small for the price but again, pleasing. The entrees were both fantastic. The chili chili chicken definitely did not lack chilis and spice and the angry lobster pad Thai had a hefty amount of lobster for two people and well seasoned. The red curry sauce added even more flavor. Overall, a wonderful and delicious experience. We will absolutely be back to try the other dishes.

Great food. you need to order dim sum cart with a la carts to balance service.

We ordered soup and a main course. They arrived together so that the second one we ate was cold. The food was barely passable with little taste. The server kept referring to the pancakes that came with our meal as tortillas. I will not return to this restaurant.
