What User likes about Torc:
A fabulous dinner place! The food was exquisite and very rich in flavor. We had the squash blossoms, wild mushroom risotto with black truffles, the Maine scallops, and strawberry cream puff with pistachio ganache. The popcorn on the scallop dish felt outof place. Wait staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and helpful! Food was meh. We ate it but man oh man was it all slightly bland and tasted like the only spice o. The menus was pepper.
