What Don Key doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
$18 for a bacon ranch burger with poutine, and drink combo watched the burger being assembled by hand everything out of a container nothing hot or fresh) put in a box and microwaved for 3-4mins to make it nice and hot. Then the poutine was as cold as the drink and I think the fries were sitting around because they seemed stale. Should've asked for my money back because that had to be the worst fast food I've had anywhere and I've had bad). But the girl was nice and didn't want to embarrass her in front of other customers.
Decent DQ. We've always managed to get through the drive thru with little to no wait time, and the burgers are hot and juicy. Yum!
Little pricey but the serving of soft serve ice cream makes it worth it. Ice cream was a good serving for a regular cone.
Can you really say anything bad about Dairy Queen other than the calories are too high. They always have a great variety of ice cream and hot foods. Stop at this location is very friendly and very courteous and are very helpful. The drive-thru window is very easy to hear things in order things from. The next time you're in Napanee or at the end of town I would definitely recommend this location as it is one of the best Dairy Queen's I have been in.

Amazing staff however our order has been wrong a few times.
