Tim Hortons - Napanee

I just had the worst driving---------------------- experience of my life this afternoon at this place. I was literally stupid how rude the great female staff was in the window. I have never seen such a terrible service in a restaurant. I am always sure to be polite to be the workers tim hortons, as I know they are working hard and were always fast to defend when customers are rude. but dear God, this woman deserves, what restless she comes away. will not come back. just terrible.

It's hard to cheat them because they work hard, but the man, this tim is just not to deliver. some of the longest waiting times I've experienced in a time.

I have tried these tim hortons a few times and the service at this place is absolutely terrible for buying in business. I stood on the Mobile Order counter for 5 minutes and not a coworker offered to help until I had to ask for service. every time I visited this place, the service is consistently bad!

Worst time ever waited an hour and ended up out of the line because they closed in the side and only had drive-thru due to the employees not showing

If you are grabbing something here on the way to somewhere else, leave yourself an extra 5-10 minutes as they can be VERY slow, even when not busy....Not sure why THIs one is so slow, but they are.
