A true gem this little place is. Being from the South I miss Southern comfort food which this place has mastered. FromSouthern Hospitality when you walk in the door to delicious food and courteous staff that truly seem to care. I will be back and I definitely recommend this place. View all feedback.

What SHA LONDA doesn't like about It's A Southern Thing: Kitchen:
Had the Shrimp Grits, mimosa w/a shot of coconut rum, and waffle balls. THE FOOD WAS GGRRR8!!! Don't recommend the mimosa however. Smallest mimosa I've ever had/seen…not worth the . Will definitely be back tho! View all feedback.

We enjoyed the biscuits and gravy and the big breakfast sandwich. We will come back to try the fried green tomatoes and chicken and waffles.
