What Carol B likes about Culver’s:
We eat here all the time. A few times mix-ups happen, but they are usually very responsive. I especially want to commend the manager Jimmie. Whatever it is, he will make it right. Great customer service. View all feedback.

They forget to give us our milkshake and the next day the manager refuses to give it to us even though I show the credit card transaction. Seriously their customer service has gone down hill. View all feedback.
