Good food, just don't expect the right price. Was told there different ones when we ordered. And don't ever expect fast service if you order anything the least bit special. The people there really need to learn how to actually serve people. View all feedback.

They make mistakes and then respond terribly when trying to resolve the problem. Last 2 visits here were really poor. They have really gone downhill since being sold. Not a fan anymore. View all feedback.
I make sure to avoid this particular portillo's location. This location should be named CrapTillo's.
I don't know what's happened to the food, it's just not the same. I used to love their combos, hot dogs and pasta. Something has changed. It's not as good.
