What User doesn't like about Smoothie King:
This was the absolute WORST customer service i’ve ever experience in my life. Waited 40 minutes, got given a very chunky smoothie with whole ice cubes, got given the wrong smoothie after telling them what i got, and was getting eye rolls from the employees for asking them to re-blend it. The customer service was unresponsive and not helpful. As a long time Smoothie King customer I won’t be going back to the Naperville location.
Past couple of time coming here there is only one coworker there. Orders are taking more than 25 minutes to get done and I get chunks of ice in my smoothie.
