What William Hankins Jr doesn't like about Inn On Fifth:
Have been concierge level suites customers at The Inn for many years. Since new owners Noble House took over a while ago the service and rooms have deteriorated significantly. Our stay last week was the worst ever at The Inn. I doubt we will be there again anytime soon or ever. Never complained in the years going to this hotel until now.
