Everything was good, but the grilled chicken we ordered for our daughter was overcooked. I think the issue was that it wasn't on the menu. The other three dishes we ordered, however, were very good and delicious. One was the steak, another was jalea, and the last was arroz con mariscos (paella), which had a lot of flavor. What Jon Prescott doesn't like about La Cuisine Peruvian:
We used to visit the old version of Espiritu and dropped by without realizing there was a change in ownership. Even though the space remains the same, the white tablecloths add a warm, upscale ambiance. The two new servers were exceptional and attentive throughout our visit. The menu and chef are both new, and the food has improved significantly from the previous establishment. The ceviche is absolutely outstanding! View all feedback.
Went here after reading all the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. First time trying Peruvian food. The waitress was wonderful and helpful. The food was amazing. We highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely go back.
Tucked away in a corner of a strip mall, near Mr Tequila . Its a small, but nicely appointed place. Only had Peruvian food once before (in South Beach, so I'm no expert, but I know they know their fish, and they love their potatoes, and they make great beer. But on this occasion, we were meat-eaters: we had the short rib entree, served with rice and beans, and I had the lamb loin chops with maduros (sweet plantain and mashed potatoes. The short ribs were cooked to perfection as were the lamb chops (med rare, as requested . Almost forgot to mention there was a fried egg hidden away between the chops and the potatoes. They also add a couple slices of avocado. Not sure how that helped the dish, but who doesn't like avocado? My beer was awesome, as was the wine my friend ordered. The only disappointment was the chocolate layer cake for dessert, which was a tad dry. Prices were excellent, considering the price of meat nowadays. I'll go back for sure, next time in Naples. Service was friendly and efficient.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The chicha morada was incredible, and the tallarines were excellent. The chifa was delightful too! There wasn't a single disappointing dish in the house!

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Espiritu earlier this month. Our waiter, Brendan, was exceptional; he offered great recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. Every dish and wine he suggested was outstanding. It's the best Peruvian restaurant in Naples! We're heading back tonight and bringing our adult daughters along.
