What Lynne likes about Pier 41:
Adjacent to Tin City's melange of touristy shops, this ramshackle eatery has some mileage on it, yielding much charm. The salad bar is so-so, leaving it best to order from the kitchen. Tempura-battered shrimp (plump and tasty) are served piping hot with mixed vegetables and warm rolls. View all feedback.
