As a fan of Osteria Tulia downtown, I knew I had to try Bar Tulia. I was pleasantly surprised to see there were differences between the two menus. The Garganelli was delicious—and the truffle was subtle enough that anyone could enjoy it. I started with the beef carpaccio, which was amazing. It was thin slices of raw beef on a plate covered with delicious toppings. Though unorthodox (with what I’ve had), I’m happy to... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tulia Mercato:
I have been to their sister restaurant osteria tulia several times and have been satisfied. This was my first visit to bar tulia in mercato and it was disappointing with meager portion sizes and food and overpriced drinks. I had the garganeli with lamb. Their was no meat and the pasta was over-sauced. the portion was served in an oversized bowl and the pasta barely covered the bottom. My friend had the swordfish whic... View all feedback.
We visited Bar Tulia a few weeks ago and had a couple of issues with our meal. However, the general manager Cecilia quickly approached us and resolved the situation with manager Bart. They invited us back and we had an amazing experience! Our server, Monica, was excellent and very professional. The drinks were perfect and the service and meal preparation were top-notch. Mistakes happen, but it's how they are resolved that matters most. Bar Tulia has a great team in place and one of the most professional staff. Cecilia is a dedicated manager who takes pride in her work and strives for perfection. She addressed our concerns and made sure we had a wonderful dining experience. There are plenty of dining options in Naples, but Bar Tulia stands out not only for its delicious food but also for its exceptional service, atmosphere, and customer care. Thank you for a fantastic evening!
The ambiance is fantastic, the cocktails are excellent, and the small plates and pasta dishes are delicious.
The chef is amazing and Ian, the bartender, is the best. It's a fantastic place for great food and a wonderful time with family and friends.

I’d skip the banana split. Good ambiance outdoors, and lively even at 10pm.
Smaller portions but very very good food and cocktails. Pastas and breads all made in house. Solid menu/specials and really good service.
