I came to the owner in the afternoon. we talked about eating. I said I love bradyle that wasn't on the menu. after some thoughts he offered to cook for me the same night. my gf and I came, she ordered oktopus and I got this great delicately cooked bark routine filled with plums, cheese and bone nuts, covered with tomato sauce, excellent! this is a good and honest restaurant, highly recommended.
