I am very disappointed with the management of this hotel. I left some medicine behind when my husband daughter and i were staying at this hotel. I did phone and was advised that the medicine will be posted. However my husband phoned again a couple of times as we did not have the item returned to us. We were advised the medicine was thrown out, with no message to post the bag in the first place. I am not very happy View all feedback.
