A lovely restaurant with friendly and very helpful staff. We had a delicious meal here this evening, the portions were large and I had to have containers (freely given) to take half home. Very disappointing, ordered two dishes too take out, a large Tarka Dahl and large Matar Paneer, the Tarka Dhal container was 3/4 full and the Matar paneer container under 1/2 full! I did comment on the size of the portions and the waiter took the order back to the kitchen saying if they overfill the containers they will leak, of course they will no one is expecting the containers to be over filled Just full! We go out for Indian food all the time and it was excellent here, very well seasoned. I didn't finish my portion and got it wrapped up nicely. Even as a vegan I found something on the menu. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

When I arrived home the Matar Paneer container was 3/4 full and the Tark Dhal container untouched. How much extra did the restaurant intend saving or profiting when adding up that evenings takings by short falling me Unbelievable. £15 for the two dishes and (Both) bland on the palate.
