We planned our Company Farewell Party here and from the beginning the communication with the event coordinator Kelsey was amazing. The event went off without a hitch and the whole staff that supported us was wonderful. We had a blast getting to see everyone and have some fun. What User doesn't like about Bowlounge:
We’ve been trying to make a reservation for 14 people for a month now. We were told multiple times it could only be booked 5 days out. When we were 5 days out, we were then told they were booked. My husband was hung up on and everyone we’ve talked to has been very rude. All we wanted to do was celebrate my 30th birthday with a small group of people. Very let down read more.
