On The Border Mexican Grill Cantina

This location is horrible and the customer service is trash. Unfortunately, our food was extremely cold, made incorrectly, the manager was new and unable to advise his staff. Additionally, the food was returned to fix the incorrect order and cold food. Guess what? The food was never fixed but the manager stated it would be. Beware before going to this location because you’re going to leave an upset customer!SN; This is second time going to this location and the experience was horrible both times I made an attempt to give them a second chance but this location failed) :

Service is horrible. Last night was awful. The food was made incorrectly on five people. They took the food back and had us waiting and never remade it. The manager that was supposed to be taking care of things slipped out the door without saying a word. Will never visit this location again. Not the first incident. Needs to be closed down......

I went on a Sunday afternoon, not crowded that date, if we wait it is never more then a few minutes, sometimes it is just walk in and we are seated.Parking: I generally Park just to the side, Lowes far end, but close to OTB.Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps and I have seen people in chairs and scooter at this location.

I’m in the process of moving to Fort Worth, I have been to this OTB 3x! the first time I visited, Shannon was the bartender on duty, friendly, efficient and fun, 2nd time I drove straight in from Gulf Shores, Alabama just to get a to go order, the last time I visited Shannon was there again, everyone at the bar was on a first name basis, Shannon introduced me to a couple of ladies at the bar, they both gave me advice on jobs and where to live as a new FW resident. This will be my go to place for Cinco de Mayo, great atmosphere and Shannon is 5 star!! By the way the queso and quesadillas are delicious and the Boderitas hit the spot!!

The hot sauce was too hot for us to eat. We had a party of 14 and only lady could eat it. A real waste.
