"We went on a weekday and the place was not at all crowded, yet we recieved pathetic service. We kept waiting and no-one attended us until we went out to find someone to place our order! We had to do this again to place another order in middle of our meal! For the standards they claim they've set, their service was truly substandard. The ravioli we ordered was fine but the garlic bread came as a bun. For the prices they charge, I wouldn't expect such poor service and unfriendly attitude of the servers."
