I ordered a burrito and a bowl for my wife and I. The kids preparing the food were being pushed pretty hard by the manager, but teens need that in a work environment. Half of my online order was not available. The staff would not issue a refund and said I had to do it online. Impossible! I wanted to talk to a manager. No. So they take the money, do not fill up any order and then make it impossible to get your refund. Terrible! I'm now denying the credit card fee in FULL. The manager is welcome to contact me to correct this. VERY POOR SERVICES CAM View all feedback.

"I'd love you rate The Ridge at 5 stars but the best thing about my order was the hush puppies. The sweet color slaw was just cabbage and mayo, turnip greens were so hot I couldn't eat them and the catfish was not seasoned at all.The customer service was excellent, however so I'll go back and try the bbq!"
