We stayed at this fabulous place hoping for an authentic southern barbeque, and we were not disappointed. We had brisket, ribs, pork and a catfish sandwich. Everything was excellent! "Their fresh waffle cones are an absolute must! Very light and sweet. Varied and delicious flavor options as well. I personally tried the triple scoop with Darker Than Chocolate, Salted Caramel, and Homemade Honey Vanilla and cannot recommend that combo enough. "I'd love you rate The Ridge at 5 stars but the best thing about my order was the hush puppies. The sweet color slaw was just cabbage and mayo, turnip greens were so hot I couldn't eat them and the catfish was not seasoned at all.The customer service was excellent, however so I'll go back and try the bbq!"
