"Unfortunately I had high hopes due to the other reviews but was didapponted. Somali Chai was not good. The samosas were lacking flavor and the sauces that come with it seemed like they've been sitting a little too long, not fresh."

"Very cute. First time there and in Nashville. Delicious vegan comfort food. My mom got the soul food plate and I got the spicy soul food plate. The food was so good, we especially enjoyed the Mac and cheese, the collard greens, the vegan meet, everything. The owner was very sweet. Perfect southern comfort food.Food: 5/5"

"I had been waiting YEARS to try this place, ever since they were in their adorable little building and I finally was able to try it last fall! They're hours are odd and we had to order online. I'm sorry but I just really didn't like it : I really wanted to like it but I don't see what the hype is...I ordered the tenders and mac n cheez with ranch. Everything was super salty and the ranch had this taste that I just really couldn't relate to ranch, it was just odd. The tenderslooked like a solid slab of gluten that reminded me more of a flat vegan sausage and the coating was not crispy; it was more like chewy gummy bread as you can see in the photos. The mac n cheez didn't taste like mac n cheez at all, it wasso salty I stopped eating it. Idk if maybe it's the workers or if these are their recipes but it just left this place looking highly overrated."

"My family of five had plans to eat nashville hot chicken across the street from Daddys dogs but it was closed on Sunday. Daddy's dogs saved the day in my opinion as I was not looking to drive down to the strip for another look at the hot chicken that may be open. I had the Seattle dog, my wife had the big dog, my boys each tried a different dog. While my wife had trouble eating her big dog choice, she eventually used a knife and fork that was available. The staff was very friendly, food made to order, plenty of picnic bench seating available. There are several dog options to choose from. Kid friendly as well as pet friendly with the seating being outside. I am really glad I decided to let go of my idea for a hot chicken sandwich for a Daddy's dog on my way thru town. Yes I can recommend eating here for a change of pace!"

"This place is a hidden gem! Portions are great and price isn't out of line. Had the Pulled pork BBQ nachos and the Fried Catfish sandwich. Both had great flavors. The only thing I would have liked is that they put the nachos under the broiler a bit longer so the cheese would be melted and warm/hot. The reason for the 4 stars."

"This place was great!! We came in hungry and left stuffed, all for a great price. The plates were large and flavorful. The gyro plate with Chicken was amazing. Highly recommend the tiramusu and baklava. The staff was friendly, helpful, efficient, and quick. We will be back."
