The restaurant offers a completely separate vegan menu with a wide variety of options. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of food. The only downside is that the restaurant tends to be extremely busy, resulting in a long wait for a table. However, located in the Gulch, there are plenty of things to do while waiting. My sister and I discovered this restaurant during a weekend getaway to Nashville. I am vegan while she is not, so we were pleased to find a variety of options that catered to both of our dietary preferences.
