What User doesn't like about P.f. Chang's:
I'm in shock at how poorly run this PF Chang's location is. The service was absolutely terrible. My girlfriend and I stopped in at 6:50 to get a table and we're told the wait would be 25-30 minutes. At 7:45, I approached the hostesses and asked them when our table would be ready. The two girls at the front were extremely rude and kinda shrugged off my question. It had been a while since I last tried P.F. Chang's, so I was a bit unsure going in as I usually avoid chain restaurants. But to my surprise, I was pleasantly impressed...
I ended up eating at the Asian equivalent of Applebee's, but my child insisted on coming here. Upon arrival, there were 6 tables with diners and 3 tables were already occupied.
I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so after a disappointing experience at this restaurant. On Thursday, May 25th, I visited with my 14-year-old daughter and her mother.
Amazing dining experience! Consistently good every time! Five stars, although the food was a bit on the colder side.
