Something changed very recently with how they’re making the vegan pho. I absolutely loved it the first couple times I ordered it, but last week I had it again and it was very disappointing. I tasted mushroom too much and it wasn’t sweet at all. The service is always an odd experience. The workers don’t seem happy to be there. Don’t think I’ll push to go back anytime soon.
