I don’t understand why this place is not much busier. It’s one of my favorite coffee shops in Nashville. I will admit, the coffee is fine, but nothing exceptional. However, the ambience is great and there’s plenty of comfortable seating. Plus, they have tons of local beer options that you can drink in the shop for about $2 each! This place is a hidden gem. What User doesn't like about White Bison Coffee:
Ordered a medium hot almondmilk latte, proceeded to watch the barista steam about half a cup of milk. Once he realized there wasnt enough hot milk, he took cold milk, poured it in my drink and mixed it up with a spoon. Slow, lazy, unenthusiastic service. Wont be back.Food: 1/5 View all feedback.
Perfect location with plenty of seating. I've been a Frothy Monkey (12S) fan for a long time BUT, White Bison has def won me over as my No 1 Cafe to hang at. #goodcoffeesnacks #friendlybaristas #welcomingatmosphere

I stopped in to get 2 drinks to go. I ordered the White Bison Mocha. Atmosphere and service were good, but the drinks are so incredibly sweet. It's disappointing to have wasted $11 on two drinks we can't consume. They just taste like pure flavoring. I even added more milk and espresso at home and they are still too sweet. Definitely ask for half sweet or even less if you want to taste anything besides flavoring.
I absolutely LOVE the environment at this cafe! Laid back, nice furniture, peaceful vibe! I am soo thankful! The employees are nice too. The beverages and snacks sold in the retail part are a very nice addition.Service: 5/5
Hidden gem in the Nations! If you want a coffee shop to get work done— look no further! White Bison coffee is quiet (no loud music like other coffee places), has plenty of outlets, tables for group workspaces, and snacks! The shop is split into two levels. The bottom floor has a lot of natural light, the top floor is significantly darker and is more of an upscale lounge with leather couches, tables and chairs. The coffee is decent (nothing artisan here), the food is meh, does the job if you start to get hungry. The cookies looked delicious, I’ll try one next time! There are also plenty of snacks if you don’t want to purchase a meal/save some .Vegetarian options: Plenty of snacks, fruit options as well.Parking: A huge parking lot, you’ll have no issue finding a place to park.
