WOW! as someone visiting Nashville looking for a local and authentic experience — this is IT. Don't even think about going to martins bbq or edly's — this is a MUST DO. We got the recommendation from our Uber driver and were not sure how it would compare to the other bbq restaurants bc it didn't have as many reviews but drifters did not disappoint. Decent food but the service was pretty horrific. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all yet it still took them 30 minutes (and multiple reminders) to bring out a simple chips and salsa.
