Today was our first visit to Hattie B's. We went to the Broadway location and it was packed so we drove here for takeout on the way back to our Airbnb. After a short wait at this busy location we were able to place our order with friendly staff. Our order was ready in about 10 minutes. The hot chicken breast with their house sauce was fantastic. Unprofessional to delivery people. Most orders that don't make it to the customers due to your faults, as well as being late because you wait until last minute to prepare it. Confirms buttons are not the merchant's, stop acting like we are thieves. Also, if we cancel then, your food is cold for the next driver and we still get paid because you are refusing the order.
