I submitted a review from my Valentine’s Day dinner with my husband. Management reached out to me to ask for my number and what time to best reach me. It’s been a week and a half and still no response to my follow up email or a call. Very disappointed in how management responds to poor experiences. UPDATE: It’s been almost 5 months now.
