“Fancy” dinner night for my birthday. The lighting environment is perfect. Not too dark not too loud. The bartenders were funny made the most refreshing drink. Our waiter Sean/Shawn was so inviting, funny well versed on all of the items on the menu. All of the staff will acknowledge you every time they see you. Disappointing service on entry. We had an 8pm Reservation. Arrived on time to be told it would be about 10 minutes as the guests sitting had just paid. We waited 20 minutes and asked again. To again be told the guests were still there. At 8:30pm we decided enough and left. At that point they said they were going over to ask them to leave. Never should have had to wait this long.
