The parking lot was full, telling us this place was not a secret. The line was long, but a friendly young lady greeted us and shared about the teacup decor. What Aidar Vafin doesn't like about The Cafe At Thistle Farms:
This rate is only for the High Tea Experience. The service was less than mediocre. Our cutlets were wet, the table was not clean enough, and they did not pick up used or dirty plates. I had to remove dirty plates myself to make the “high tea experience” more pleasant.
