I only have two complaints. First we were ordered wrong in the window. We always check before we go. Attention was paid to employees and we received the right order. Secondly, as the dunes in the area are not open, how are customers who have a problem with their order support to solve it? Let them get off the window again in the long line of cars. IF I COULD'VE GIVEN 0 STARS I WOULD'VE!! Ordered 12 pc beyond chicken only received 6. Requested sauce... no sauce in bag. Also ordered 2 pc. chicken with mashed potatoes and a pepper. Chicken was harder than a brick. No utensils, no pepper. Returned to window and was told they have no utensils in the store; therefore there was nothing to eat with. The food is always as delicious as expected. But check your order when you get it. If it is not correct, they will fix it.
The food was very delicious and the customer service was great.
I just wish the dining room was open so we could sit in there to wait for our food instead of having to sit in the parking lot!
Passing thru from out of town. Worse kfc I ever been too. I understand you guys hate your job but the customer service was horrible.
