I ordered the pitcher for 12$ as a family of four the waitress had to be called to give me a refill as she just looked and noticed an empty pitcher as she walked by several times ...I am a new customer and had to ask if refills were free as my kids were sucking nothing but air and ice out of their cups...thanks for letting me know about the refills ...that is clearly a sign of bad service ...I reluctantly gave a tip...
