I came and try to place an order, the lady on the kitchen asked me to order on the kiosk i told her i was going to pay cash she told me it was ok, I placed the order and waited 20min and nothing, then a gentleman that had just clocked in saw me waiting and told me they do not prep the food unless is paid, nobody told me and I was just waiting and waiting, what a bad guest service from the people that saw me firt.
