"When I was at Jollibee Midsayap, unfortunately I met a guard who doesn't really care about the customers. He told us to wait outside under the heat of the sun and let us fall in line. He left us there for a few minutes before he let us fill up the form for contact tracing. I don't blame the guard personally but I like to blame the management for unorganized process. I just hope that they will be able to improve this so that customers will not have to wait under the sun just to buy food."
