"We ended up at Suntory for a Sunday dinner without knowing the place. We read quickly some reviews but most people who gave a 5 star rate have a low expectation on what a pricey Japanese restaurant should taste. This is a regular place where the food is okay but the price make it low value for money. We tried: Mix tempura: very good dough. Comes with 3 shrimps and vegetables. Tan Tan Udon (soup): lots of cream in it, rather tasty but not as good as a traditional ramen Dragon maki, as good as the ones served at an all you can eat place! Beef teppanyaki: meet was excellent, but preparation (no show) was lousy. Poor cooker tried to be kind but did not excited us. Yakimeshi: okay it costed only 5 bucks but it was just okay, again, a good one is far better. Overall the service was okay as any other restaurant in Mexico City, but for the price one expects more. Not returning nor recommending."
