What Haakon H doesn't like about La Carbonara.:
(I made an earlier review, but I'm updating this with my most recent visit's thoughts) Last night, I was lucky enough to taste the Buccatini amatriciana and it was fantastic! Amatriciana is one of those wonderful sauces that is very “simple”, but a good one and a bad one are miles apart. This one was bursting with flavor and tasted fantastic. The pasta was a bit more al dente than I'm used to, but that wasn't a problem at all. That and the flavorful sauce (plus the tasty drinks) were a stellar … – show.
