My wife and I had dinner at S. Miguel whilst driving Portugal. We had an apartment on the waterfront, but generally are out because of the abundant seafood. We each had the calamari plate and shared a bottle of wine. We were seated outside, as a large tourbus had reserved the entire dining room. Restaurant has a great location, nice view, open terrace for fresh air. Very kind service. Food is ok. We had the sea food BOAT. Full plate for 3-4 people. Very good and cheap wines from Douro region. View all feedback.
It's far beyond average compared to other Portuguese restaurants and it's a fairy tale atmosphere to be there.
Been there countless times, love the location great views of the sea, always go there for drinks and meet friends.
