"We stumbled across Gil Vicente on a quick stop over to Nazaré and we are so glad we did! Located just across from the popular Rosa dos Ventos, the restaurant was full of locals. We ordered the mixed seafood plate, which was amazing the...sardines were the best we’d ever eaten. In addition to the great food, the warm hospitality really made the experience. Gil Vicente was a highlight of our trip and we can’t wait to visit again!"

The steak was better than any steak I’ve had in Europe so far (and I’ve been struggling to find some that meets Canadian standards). My partner really liked the Octopus rice as well.
