I'm Peruvian, the dishes could be improved, the ceviche lacked flavor and strength because my Italian husband told me, look, it's too light, it's not a real ceviche, for the rest let's say that the dessert was well done, the chicken wings I didn't like them at all and the lomo wasn't bad but it was just a little too much.
