Shrove Tuesday 13 February 2024 at 3.00pm, a wonderful special lunch with my wife and my old friends, savoring fried pizza, arancini, fried montanara, pizza with escarole, raisins and pine nuts, baked in the oven, unique sensations that only Naples can offer.
