Awful customer service. Front of house was really rude to everyone, even telling an embarrassed young boy he couldn’t afford a lolly or pay cash which when questioned by his mum turned out to be a lie. Waiting over 20 mins for a take away drink while watching bar staff laughing and taking their time.
