"I cannot complain about the product, wonderful food…..but…..on two occasions I have used the app. 1st occasion they gave me the wrong order and realised this once home. I phoned and had to drive back to get amended order. 2nd occasion there was a delay in their receiving the order on their machine. Even though I showed them the email they would not give me the order nor refund me. Was told I had no choice but so wait. Customer always right…????"

"It's stylish, classy, and always has an authentic Italian feel and welcome. Love going to Franco's, and there is always a warm greeting and hospitality from the owner and his staff. Food is always stunning, I can recommend the goats' cheese to start and the Risotto Haddock both exceptional. Added a bonus free Tirumisu for the birthday girl. Def recommend.....but book in advance. "Visited for the first time with family visiting from Germany. Ambience was good, staff attentive and enthusiastic and the food first rate. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the visit and obtained exactly the sort of menu item that appealed to them. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will...visit again soon. That perhaps is the best recommendation as our visit to Truffles was vastly superior to visites to other local etablishments. Being able to take your own favourite wine is an obvious additional attraction."

"Beautiful lunch and cake here we had an icy coffee and green tea with our main chickenramen and avocado lachs donburi. everything was delicious, but the cakes were incredible matcha chocolate cake was unreal and chocolate triple-stored cake was incredibly easy. even had a cup yuzu tee for an additional sugarbeet. highly recommended!"
